A large double room, furnished, in a flat located in Bayswater W2, a short walking distance from the very popular Whiteleys shopping center and the amenities of Kensington Gardens. It is an area of London very popular with young people, and also very convenient for transport for those working in central London.

This accommodation is available from the 1st of August and costs 465 per calendar month. Bills are in the region of twenty pounds per calendar month. One month deposit and one month in advance to get the keys.

It is quite a large room, but it is for sole occupancy, due to my preferences about the use of the property. I expect great demand also for this room.

The flat is made of three double rooms rented out to three occupiers, with sharing of bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is also good sized and one is able to actually eat in it while sitting at a table, rather than just using it for cooking. The total size of the flat is circa 75 sqm.

Currently living in the flat are two ladies and a guy, professionals, in their late twenties. One of them is about to leave.
