3 Bed Terraced House, Heyworth Road, E5

I have a 5-bedroom house in E5 and am looking to rent out two-thirds of it on a 6-month short-term let to a professional couple or similar. It's a lovely mid-Victorian house with a garden in a quiet street. This letting would suit a couple or family whose house is being refurbished, or who are waiting to move into the area, or anyone who needs short-term accommodation quickly. You would have your own bathroom but you would share the kitchen with my daughter and her partner who occupy a room on the top floor; they are quiet and busy people.  From prospective tenants I would need a month's rent in advance for a deposit, a reference from an employer or similar which would confirm that they were able to afford the rent, and a character reference from a reliable source.  This needs to be a single tenancy agreement however, not 3 separate tenancies.  The house has a cat flap but is not suitable for dogs.
