The property is located in Baker Street, near the Level (the park), adjacent to London Road close to shops and amenities, convenient for public transport with many bus routes and only a short walk to Brighton train station, the seafront and Brighton University.

Currently we have two female students sharing the twin room on the first floor. However one of them is going back to her country.

The room is large, bright and cosy. It has two separate double beds with curtains for privacy. Each person has her own wardrobe, a desk and shelves.

The flat was recently renovated and extended, spreading on two floors, and it is kept immaculately clean.

I live on the second floor. I am a meditation teacher helping people reduce stress and enjoy their lives. So as you can imagine, my home is a peaceful and harmonious place. I have been having a lovely time sharing my place with the two flatmates. I look forward to welcoming you to our small and happy family.

The rent is £350 per month including all bills and wifi. Deposit is £350.
