I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a studio in a student accommodation building from as soon as possible until the end of August - middle of September (or any shorter period of time in between). It is located 2 minutes away from Hoxton overground and Shoreditch high street. I really enjoyed living in this area and the building has a gym, roof top garden, concierge, study area, cinema room, common room and a bike storage. Plus the bills are all included! If your looking for somewhere trendy to live for two months of the summer in London - this is a great option. Viewings can be very easily organised because the concierge can let you in at any time, I am out of the country at the moment so I would really appreciate an email correspondence rather than a phone call.
