Hi, dear home seeker!
I am delighted (and sadden to have to leave, too) to introduce you to my current double bedroom, SINGLE USE, within a shared home in a great upcoming area.
Close by any sort of amenities and right between Bethnal Green Station (Central line)and Stepney Green Station (District line, Hammersmith&City line)
And 15 minutes walk from Whitechapel (market and plenty of any sort of shops and Overground station)
The room: Has a double bed
A long deejaying desk
A walk in cupboard
Plenty of storage
Three different shelves, two of which I use as shoes shelves.
Plenty of light throughout the whole day.
The house
The kitchen has a gas stove, large sink and draining area, has got plenty storage and surfaces to prepare and eat (island table with bar stools) plus all the comfort of a fully lived kitchen as the main house holders, Mirko and Massi are Italian and on to some serious cooking activities...!
Massi is on his 30 and works as a sales assistant and so is Mirko, who has just finished his degree as an exterior designer and Cristiano an architect.
The three of them are very nice and present flatmates.
The toilet it s not huge but really bright and has got a bath tub and a cabinet with storage; hygienic standards are quite good.
I am leaving to go to live with my boyfriend! fingers crossed for me...
The rent has to be paid upfront on the 30th of each month, it's exclusive of bills which in total it s usually about £ 50/70
The deposit is £ 440 has to be paid right before getting in.
I am on holidays, so quite available to do viewings at any time this week.
