Room in a Shared House, Clay Bottom, BS5

I have a single room available in my house which can accommodate a double bed with no problems if necessary. The room is also furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. you would be sharing with another female very friendly, hard worker and easy going. This is a friendly house with a very tame, house-trained cat so animal lovers would be great. The rest of the house is well decorated, clean and tidy and will be shared with one other person (me!). The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine), bathroom with bath and shower and living room, a nice garden with patio and a decent size shed which can be used for storage. Off-street parking is available in front of the house. The house has sky TV and wireless broadband. The house is in St George, walking distance to the centre but also only 10 minutes by car/bus. Close to pubs and shops on church rd and also only a short journey to temple meads station via a cycle (Email Removed After Let) house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and 5 minutes from shops, lovely restaurants and coffee bars. Also near main bus route to town and kingswood / Hanham. I am looking for a professional and tidy person. Very cheap rent at £350 inclusive of all bills (council tax, TV license, water, broadband, sky TV and house insurance) but excluding phone bill. If your interested you can contact me.
