To the side of the house is a hedge that encloses the side and rear garden making the rear garden very private. Summary - This is our only rental property and we lived here very happily for over 8 years and would heartily recommend it as a lovely area to live with easy access to the town centre and close enough to have easy access to the Peak District (Baslow 20 mins, Bakewell 30 mins for example).
Optional Furnishing - Currently there is a 2 seater settee, TV Stand, Computer desk, Washing Machine, small and quite old fridge/freezer which can all be included or removed dependent on tenants requirements.
Pets - Pets will be judged on a tenant by tenant basis.
