I am looking for A STUDENT to RENT MY ROOM IN LONDON from the 20th JULY to the 6TH of SEPTEMBER.

► The accommodation
- The flat is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and is part of a student accommodation (i.e. « NIDO West Hampstead »)
- The room is quite big, well furnished with a large bed, a desk and lots of storage room. It is part of an 8 people flat.
- The room as an en-suite bathroom, which means that you’ll have your personal shower and toilets
- The common living room of the flat is very spacious and modern. It has 3 fridges, 2 ovens, 2x 4 hobs, a large dinning table, as well as a TV/couch/small table area. It has an angle picture window offering a panoramic view of the City (notably the Shard and the London Eye)
- Please note that the flat will be essentially empty at that time (the majority of my flatmates going on holydays at that time), which means that the living room will bey ours entirely
- You are allowed to invite guests, who can stay up to one week (i.e. 7 consecutive nights) free of charge

► The location
- The residence is located 2 minutes away from WEST HAMPSTEAD underground station (beginning of Zone 2)
- There is a large commercial centre – i.e. ‘‘O2 centre’’ – 5 minutes walking distance (extra-large supermarket – i.e. Sainsburry’s – , cinema, shops, food court and restaurants). The neighbourhood is very nice and 10 minutes away from Camden
- You would be 20 minutes of underground away from Oxford Circus, Picadilly Circus, etc (and 10 minutes away from Kings Cross-St Pancras by Thamselink).

► Transports
- UNDERGOUND: Jubilee line (West Hampstead) & Metropolitan line (Finchley Road)
- BUS: 139 (24/7)
- OVERGROUND: West Hampstead station, 20 minutes away from Shoreditch High Street
- THAMESLINK: West Hampstead station (i.e. 1h away from Brighton, 10 minutes away from King’s Cross)
