Room in a Shared Flat, Northpoint Square,, NW1

Hi there, I'm moving out as am relocating to America for one year hence why I am renting out my beloved Camden room. The double room is huge with en-suite bathroom and it is available from 12th of July till 9th of September. There is a chance my flatmate will renew the contract for another year in which case you could decide to stay longer, but this will be decided later on in July/early August. The flat is located within a private development, accessed through two gates one on Camden road and one on Torriano Avenue. There are excellent public transport connections; buses 29+253+390 at 2 mins from the flat and the main tube stations Camden town and Kentish town within 10/15 minutes walk or a short bus ride. The flat is modern with open-plan kitchen and a huge garden, perfect for chilling in these summer months. We also have a parking space if you have a car.

MY FLATMATES: Both girls, one is 24 and she has recently graduated from university, the other one is 27 and she works full-time. They are both really sociable and always love sharing a meal or a drink together or going out in London.
PRICE PCM: £875 but it will be £819 for the first month as I am paying for 2days (rent is paid monthly on the 10th of each month, but I am moving out on 12th)
BILLS: not included but usually work out to be around £40/50 a month.
DEPOSIT: £900 which will protected under the Landlords tenancy deposit scheme
