Although for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY this room has a double divan bed, cupboards, draws and breakfast bar with two stools. In addition, the occupant also has shared use of the 1st floor bathroom, separate toilet, ground kitchen. The interior of the house is nuetrally decorated, throughout and there is a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a huge sunny garden, perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's!

The house is located in a convenient location a VERY short walk from Raynes Park Station (a few mins from Wimbledon). We are very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. In addition there is a David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge 24 hour Tesco superstore all within short walking distance.

There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (twenty minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from Trafalgar Square!

You will be sharing with other friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to ensure the house is clean and tidy and a welcoming home to return to after a hard day's work!

The rent is excluding bills and one month’s deposit is required to secure the room.
