Room in a Shared House, Westbury Road, W5

Rudie (my little and incredibly friendly Chihuahua) and I are looking for a lovely person to come and live in our second bedroom. We live in the heart of Ealing Broadway just 3 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway Station with the Central and District tube lines as well as the fast trains to both Paddington and Heathrow. (Soon with Cross Rail ) It will only take 15 to 20 minutes into Central London. All shops, bars and restaurants are within five minutes walk from the house, yet we are in a very private and rather tranquil part of Ealing Broadway with big houses and lots of green spaces. You will not feel isolated here at all yet, you will have a great night sleep and can relax when at home. Your room is a good size double bedroom with a window overlooking a little lovely and perfectly kept patio garden, and a nice en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The room is on the ground floor which gives it more independence and privacy from the rest of the house upstairs and direct access to the entrance door. The kitchen has granite worktops, appliances including washer/dryer. The living/ dining room has wooden floors. I will try and add some pics soon. Furthermore I have a private parking space which you are free to use when and if I am not using it. There is further off street parking and should it be needed residents parking permit . . There is Sky TV and broadband. We would love to have a fun, friendly and very positive person living with us. Someone with a pleasant attitude and calm manner as well as, of course, a clean, tidy and respectful disposition. If you appreciate the garden then you are even more welcome as Rudie and I spend time and effort keeping the little place lovely. Please, smoking just isn't part of our living and neither are drugs or excessive alcohol. We look forward to hearing from you.
