Our aim is to ensure you enjoy your stay in our house which is gas central heated and double glazed throughout. You would share the kitchen/dining area, the bathroom and rear garden with only other 2-3 people. Both rooms have a lock on the door, each housemate has a private key to their room (Bed linen not included).
Local amenities such as high street retailers, Morrison`s, market, pubs, cafes, gym and swimming pool are only strolling distance.
The house is also a perfect base for commuters as the Central Bus Station and Wigan central railway stations are on the doorstep. There are direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool and both take only 40 minutes. The train journey to Warrington, Preston, Bolton and St. Helens is around 11-16 minutes. The house is close to the M6, M58, M61 motorways, making it very easy to commute to all areas in the North West if you are driving. On street parking is available, permit is required which is only £17.50 per year.
