SHORT LET / DOUBLE ROOM / CLAPTON

I am subletting my room for a month to 6 weeks (length of stay is flexible) for 150pw (including all bills). This is ideal for someone who is looking for a room in London for summer.

The Flat and room:

It's a 2 story flat with wooden floor throughout and a cottage house decoration - on the ground floor there is a kitchen (gas stove / oven), a massive living room with an incredibly comfy sofa and the kitchen table. Then up the stairs, you have the bathroom with an amazing shower head, the toilet and the bedrooms. Also, there's a massive attic above, with lots of storage space.

The room has a large window so it's sunny, airy with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe, and a desk. It's 150 per week with al bills included ( council tax, internet, gas and electricity, water).

The flatmates:
Christina(Greek) and Sam (British) are both working professionals, so they will be out of the flat from 9-6. Very friendly, fun and good people - and i can assure you that they will make sure you have an a excellent time.

Location and the area:

The flat is located in the heart of Clapton Pond, 5 minutes from the National Rail Station and 2 minutes walk from the high street where you can find all bus links to the city (38, 48, 106, 253, 254, 55, 56). The flat is also minutes away from the beautiful Hackney Downs Park , which is perfect for the summer - the park has tennis courts, basketball courts and lots and lots of green space. Also, 15 minutes walk to stoke newighton and 20 minute bus ride to Finsbury Park or Manor House.

You:
Ideally we are looking for a working professional who is clean and not loud pass midnight. Couples are also considered.
