We live across the road from a very big park and fitness area and river walk way, where you can even go fishing.
2 minutes from the bus stop - with bus it's 10 minutes to merton or Sutton
5 minute walk to bus top for raynes park stasion - just 5 minutes
Or 15 minute to wimbledon by bus
Or opposite end of line is Sutton - not sure how long
It takes me 25 minutes to get to Waterloo
Also free parking in front of the house

There is a hairdresser and butcher shop, 2x off-licence, dentist

6 week deposit ... Possible to pay off in 6 weeks as well
