From past experience: would suit a single, very independent, mature minded, thoughtful female with a  lifestyle that naturally doesn't have frequent visitors or just prefers to socialise outside; perhaps working in London but friends and family elsewhere in country or abroad. Or an artistic person who needs time alone to work and think or someone studious or some combination we haven't thought of. The only reason we are seeking someone who naturally has few or a visitor every few months is because we have a shared front door but with right person it has worked really well. This really is our only stipulation everything else is easy going and very, very flexible.

Converted loft studio at the top of a 3 bed house with kitchenette: microwave,fridge-freezer, baby belling with 2 rings and powerful oven. Fully furnished with sofa, table and chair, shelving unit (will purchase 2nd one if needed), 3 wardrobes,chest of drawers, king size bed and spacious hidden storage area in eaves for suitcases or any items not in use daily. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. En-suite electric power shower, newly fitted, and wc. White wood laminate flooring. This is a lovely, clean, bright space suitable for one person. We have had a water softener fitted so water is lovely and soft, doesn't leave hard-water stains and is very kind to hair and skin. Beautiful, clean, bright space with views over gardens, rooftops and sky. 

We (two people) have cats downstairs on ground floor but they mostly stay in garden and dining room.  We also use an air purifier in the house which might help if you have any allergies as it tends to pick up dust and dander. 

British rail station 5 mins walk direct to Liverpool Street Station in approx. 25 mins or change at Seven Sisters for Victoria line which takes approx. 12mins, for access Central London. Buses: 231, 317, 329, 192. Local shops, cinema, beauty clinic, restaurants and sports centres. Enfield Town or Edmonton Green for shopping or bus ride to Wood Green.

Rent is inclusive of Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax and Wi-Fi - no bills to pay
