About 15 years old, incorporating many "eco" features. Worcester Bosch ground source heat pump, ( note: that's ground source, not the inferior. noisy air source variety ). It supplies domestic hot water and warm water to the 10 zone underfloor heating, each zone has it's own controller to set time and temperature. The entire floor is beautiful travertine stone, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
Spacious entrance hall leading to 4 large bedrooms, two with good size on suites with spacious showers, plus family bathroom with double ended 6ft bath. modern dual aspect kitchen / diner with built in double oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer, patio doors opening onto decking and the back garden. Large dual aspect lounge with patio doors onto the decking / rear garden.
Outside: the front has parking for lots of cars, at least half a dozen, maybe a dozen or more if they're small, a path runs down one side with a drive giving vehicular access to the rear on the other. The rear garden is over 100ft foot laid to lawn. Within the rear garden is a one bedroom mobile home, not currently habitable but could be by separate negotiation.
Nearest station either Egham or Virginia Water both about a mile with trains to Waterloo 40-50 minutes.
