You will be sharing with a nice and lively Italian Professional, relocated from Dublin to London.

My English level is pretty good,

I lived nine years abroad. I love cooking, reading, playing drums and watching good films with a glass of good red wine. I am social and easy going, at the same time mature, honest, transparent, tidy and not a party animal. I appreciate if you have such traits as well especially in regards to honest communication and tidiness.

There are two double and spacious bedrooms, one big and bright Living Room (with big TV), modern kitchen, bathroom, and an amazing and spacious balcony facing West with no other building at the front (there is a park) so it's even ideal to catch the rays in summertime and for dinners.

There's also a free unlimited GYM in the building at our disposal (!) (=saving money every month) with unlimited use of Steam Bath and Sauna!

All of which means quality of living... :-)

Rent is 260 per week (ALL BILLS INCLUDED, NO HIDDEN FEES). (Council Tax, Broadband, Electricity, Water).

This apt. is suitable for a professional that would like to live with a good level of comfort and no stress.
