I am advertising my newly refurbished 2xdoubled bedroom flat in the heart of Hackney, east London. I have spent the last two months refurbishing the flat to a very high standard. Everything is new and ready to go.

The flat is on the second floor of a red brick building (4 storey). Therefore it has no outdoor space except the entrance balcony. The flat has two good size large double bedrooms, large living room, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. Wooden floors and neutral colours throughout to put your own stamp.

The location couldn't be better for Hackney. Just of Mare Street for a 5 minute bus ride to bethnal green underground or hackney central overground. Victoria Park is a 2 minute walk, and Broadway Market/London Fields is 5 minutes. Plenty of pubs to keep you watered.

My neighbours are very nice and the estate very safe. I have had no troubles since I bought the flat and it is very quiet. There are a lot of nice families with young children living nearby. The flat itself is very secure with entrance via electronic key and security gate on front door.

Ideally I would like to rent the flat to a reliable young couple or two young professionals who love hackney as much as I do. Sadly I cannot live in the flat due to a change in my job circumstances. I am a project manger in construction working in clerkenwell and would be your landlord. I work very close to the flat incase there are any issues.
