It's a lovely 5 bed with single beds, 2 bathrooms with a bath upstairs and shower room downstairs. We are willing to give the biggest room to this new 5th tenant which is upstairs.
The rent is £450 pcm which is £103 pw inclusive of all bills (gas, water, electricity, Internet broadband). Summer rent for July and August is half £225. They can move in their stuff after the 10th of July.
