Welcome to our advert for our annex to the family home. It is a double-bedroom bungalow at the bottom of the garden, accessible through private passageway at the side of the family house.
The annex is solely electric, with electric heaters and a powerful electric-fired boiler. Even in the coldest winter months, the annex is easy to heat quickly and affordably.

It has a double bedroom, ample sitting room and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a (Email Removed After Let) property is large enough for a couple, and parking is available for one car on the drive (plus more parking on the road nearby). The property has good transport links with a frequent bus service to Portsmouth within minutes walk and 1 minute drive to the A3. Horndean and Clanfield are also within walking distance.

Included in the rent is Sky TV (inc. Sky Movies and Sky Sports) and unlimited Sky Broadband.
Also provided is a double bed frame (without mattress), sofa, coffee table, microwave/grill oven. The property can be provided un-furnished if required.

Rent is £525 per month, payable on the first day you move in, and then monthly on that day. A deposit of one-month's rent is also due on moving day, but this is negotiable under certain mitigating circumstances. Electricity is available through a pound-coin meter - costing approximately £20 per month dependant on usage. Council tax is also payable 10 months per year, band A.
