The location: The apartment is on a housing estate, with lots of green space, about a 6 minute walk from Southfields underground station (District Line). It's close to Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon Common and the local facilities of Southfields, which has shops, banks and more delis than you really need!

Transport: From Southfields tube station you can be in central London in about 20 minutes. There are also buses to Clapham Junction, St George's Hospital in Tooting and lcoal universities in Roehampton and Richmond. Putney and the River Thames and Wimbledon are only one stop in each direction on the tube.

Facilities: The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, full size gas hob, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is plenty of storage and the boiler provides constant hot water and central heating throughout the apartment.

Wifi: This is already installed and the new occupants can take over the TalkTalk account which is only about £20 a month, including the phone line.

Bills: These are pretty reasonable as the property is double-glazed throughout and the boiler is modern so it's easy to keep warm. The council tax is amongst the lowest in London.
