So, you are going to pay £130.00 pcw (per week) for a single room two steps away from Willesden Green tube (Email Removed After Let) station is served by the Jubilee line towards Stratford and/or Stanmore. Takes you around 15mins to arrive at Green Park station (Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria lines).

If by any chance you have got an Oyster fee for zones 1-2, it is perfect.

The room includes a bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, a fridge and a small table. Independent heating system, shared kitchen and livingroom. Plus unlimited WiFi connection.

The building is mainly composed by female and male students and young workers (~ 18-30yrs old). A comfy small garden and an immense park-hill at 5 mins walking (Gladstone Park).

24/7/365 Off Licence(s) at the end of the road, a local Sainsbury's and on the High Road a bigger one for a wide variety of products. Barclays and Lloyds bank on the direction towards the big Sainsbury's. Loads of buses serve the area.

Royal Free Hospital at aprox 20 mins (Jubilee towards Stratford to West Hampstead, exit and go towards West Hampstead Overground Station, Overground to Hampstead Heath, get off, walk 5 minutes and you are the A&E)

Contract details:

The contract is on a six month basis (till September 2015), at the end of which if everything is kept in good condition and no problems have incurred between You and the Landlord the total amount of £500.00 will be given back to you.

If you are unhappy or want to change the room do the same as I am doing. Post the ad and you understand the rest. REMEMBER to communicate ANY contract changes before they take effect to the Landlord/agency. This is to keep you relaxed and do a smooth transaction.

Try to arrive by Monday, so that you can start paying the £130 and don't need to get crazy in splitting the cost. If different, we will split up the cost from the day you come in.
