Freelance artist seeking lodger or housemate. Room is single but large space and fully furnished. Rent includes use of shared lounge and patio area with garden too.

Off street parking is at the rear of property with gated areas so totally secure at night, We are very close to Leigh town centre and the main road with the big shopping centre next to the A579 locally known as east Lancs.

I have two dogs a one yr old Staffy and a 5 month old Alsation cross who are as soft as anything. I am able to negotiate on deposit as I know it is sometimes difficult to come up with two months in advance. I would ask for references even if its the employer one so no dss unfortunately.

Although house is furnished if you have furniture from old place we can always look and see if it can be fitted in anywhere. I am very open minded not bothered if you are gay or straight my philosophy has been: Your life you live it.
