I will be leaving London and therefore have to find someone who is taking over my rent agreement that lasts until end of August.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms, one large shared kitchen with washing machine and dryer and two shared bathrooms. Shared area is being cleaned by a maid once a week.
About the people....
The current tenants consist of international students coming from different countries and studying different things. They are fun to talk to and hang out with. Everyone is respectful when it comes to privacy and noise.
About the location....
The apartment is located in central London, really well-connected to public transportation.
All essential things are available close by, since the apartment is located in a very vibrant area between Baker Street and Paddington.
Many restaurants and bars around the corner.
Hyde park and Regents Park are very reachable by foot.
