I've got two nicely furnished double rooms for rent to a Monday to Friday (NOT WEEKENDS) professional individual, male or female, (not couple) on the first floor of my refurbished Victorian home, which is 10 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road station (Overground and Victoria Line) from which you can reach central London or the City in 20-25 minutes.

The bedrooms have a double bed, loads of storage space and the south facing windows are double glazed.

As well as the shared 23' lounge/diner and kitchen (with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher), you'll be able to enjoy the flower filled garden, BBQ and sunny deck area to relax, enjoy a drink and a cigarette if you like. There's no smoking inside.

You share a bathroom with just the one other lodger - I have my own on the top floor where I sleep.

The rooms are £475/525 - one being slightly larger than the other.  Both equally well equipped and decorated.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, insurance, broadband etc.

2 mins drive to North Circular.

30 mins drive to Stansted Airport/City Airport/M25

Ideally this accommodation would suit someone who works in London during the working week and returns to their family in another part of the country at weekends - i.e. a Monday - Friday professional.

I am an easy-going, single, professional who loves the space and peace of my home at weekends and would value athe company of another respectful and congenial lodger during the working week.
