Lovely double bedroom available in a newly renovated two bedroom first floor flat on North Cross Road, just off Lordship Lane. Quiet residential street but hosts the fantastic North Cross Road street market every Saturday. Beautiful area with plenty of cafe's, pubs and restaurants.

The house is converted into two flats. I am a Londoner and live in the ground floor flat. The vacant room is sharing the first floor flat with friends of mine; a lovely Australian couple. So we are looking for someone to take the room who is friendly, sociable, and must be clean and tidy. No couples.

A bit about us:
- We are all working professionals (25-26 years old)
- Like to catch up in the evening with a glass of wine or a cup of tea
- Like going out in Peckham or East London (not difficult to get to on the overground)
- Loads of lovely cafe's around so perfect for a weekend brunch
- Would love someone to move in who is willing to socialise and explore the local area and London

Flat renovated in the last year to a very high standard:
- New Kitchen/open plan living room with new washer/dryer and dishwasher
- New Bathroom with bath/shower, dual electric/central heating radiator
- New radiators and double glazing throughout
- Bedroom furnished with divan bed and mattress, blackout blind and wardrobe (fitted wardrobes to be fitted)
