Room in a Shared Flat, Fordwych Road, NW2

Hello I'm moving in with friends into a long term tenancy so I'm looking for someone to take over my room until the end of the tenancy.
Looking for preferably a girl but happy to speak to boys too 18-35 as my flatmate is a girl and 23.
Will speak to couples also but the rent in this case would be £1000 PCM. £250 per week and the deposit would be £1000.
Flat is located three min walk from Cricklewood overground and 5 min bus to Kilburn tube which is on the jubilee line, only takes 13 mins to get to bond street.
Good size double bedroom with lots of storage and attic space, I currently have a double matress in there !
Shared living room and bathroom. Living room is very spacious so great for performers/dancers/artists.
We have in the bathroom a shower and bath.
Downstairs we have TV, wifi connection washing machine and tumble drier.
Council tax and bills not included, we are on council tax band c.

Flat is available from now until end of October.
