It takes less than five minutes to walk to the train station (15 minute journey to London Kings Cross and also on the same line as Finsbury Park / Hatfield / Welwyn Garden City / Stevenage). From the train station you can also get buses to St Albans, Cheshunt and Barnet. Sainsbury's is just by the train station, a big Tesco's is a 15 minute walk, there is a good gym across the road and all other local amenities are within walking distance on the same street.

I live with two housemates who are easy going and great to live with. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and broadband is all set up. The room size is a large double with plenty of storage space. I am happy to leave the furniture that I bought which includes a bed side table, shelves, mirror and a double bed base so all you would have to do is purchase is a (Email Removed After Let) room has a large built in wardrobe and 3 cupboards for storage. Alternatively, I am happy to remove my furniture if you have your own. With bills included the room comes to a maximum in the winter months of 480 pcm.
