Transport: from Lee train station is about 15 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Waterloo, Charing Cross or London Cannon Street.

The room has a king size bed in it with new memory foam mattress and 2 small bedside tables.

The rest of the room is empty. You could either bring your own closet or you can buy you own or we can agree I sort one out.

The rest of the house is furnished.

There is some storage in the shed in the garden.

Flat share with Stephen - musician, friend of mine. He plays the viola and he is a singer as well. Grammy award winner :). He is quiet and doesn't practice (Email Removed After Let) nice guy and outgoing.

It is a ground floor 2 beds, living, kitchen, bathroom

Kitchen has new fittings, oven, stove, fan extractor, lights, washing machine, cupboards, etc

Bathroom: amazing shower with real jet power. Bathtub, a toilet and a sink.

New carpets have been fitted.

Internet - yes, very fast. 7Mb true download and 2Mb true upload.. That's 50MB on paper.

TV - Steve has a projector in the living room. Nicer than a tv.

Lee is the closest station. 15 mins walk. Then either 15 minutes to London Bridge or 20 minutes to Charing Cross.

Off road parking - Yes.

Pets - none at the moment. But as long as you keep the flat clean and no damages to my house or equipment then fine as long as Steve is fine with it too.

Central heating - yes + insulation
