Room in a Shared Flat, Fortis Green, N2

Hi there,

My name is Chris, I'm a 23 year old male that's just moved into a 3 bed flat in East Finchley. The two other double rooms are currently vacant and I'm looking for two more guys around the same age to move in.

I've made the move to London to start fresh and make the absolute most of my 20's. I'd like to get out there and see everything that this city has to offer, and I'm looking for a couple of lads in a similar situation to form a great flat-share and experience as much stuff as possible.

I work full time as a HR Advisor for a soft drinks company, and the guys moving in would also need to be in full time employment. Outside of work, I'm a big sport fan (football, NFL, golf, snooker etc.) and I'm planning on joining the local football team - so if you'd be up for doing the same, that'd be a bonus!

I'm a very sociable, easy-going, clean person, love meeting new people, and I'm looking for two like minded young professional guys to join me in exploring this fine capital of ours.

The flat itself has two floors. On the ground floor - a good sized kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave etc.); a large lounge and dining area, with a balcony that looks out on to Fortis Green. On the first floor - the two vacant double bedrooms (already have double beds in) plus mine; a shower/toilet room, plus a separate toilet room. The whole place has just been decorated and looks in great shape.

The rent is £640 per month, per room, excluding bills. With bills you're looking at around £730 per month (obviously depending on how much gas and electric is used!).

It's a 10 minute walk to Muswell Hill shopping centre, and a 12 minute (you can do it in 10 if you get your skates on) walk to East Finchley tube station which is on the Northern Line.
