Double room available in a house of five (including this room) third year Bower Ashton students in Southville. All the tenants are friendly out-going people who are studying a mix of journalism, photography and animation.

This is a spacious, square bedroom located on the bottom floor of the Victorian house overlooking the beautiful Greville Smyth Park on Ashton Road, Southville. The bedroom is right next to the dining room and kitchen, and looks out onto the back garden. Also on this floor is the large lounge, armed with Virgin TV.

Up-stairs are the remaining bedrooms, along with two bathrooms with showers and a (Email Removed After Let) kitchen is modern, having recently been refurbished. The dining room is a great place for eating and studying, as it is bright and roomy.

The house is located just a ten minute walk away from the Bower Ashton Campus, so perfect for any first, second or third year students looking to stay focused whilst at University!

The house is a couple minutes away from North Street – a popular road in the area which has loads of shops, bars and restaurants. This is also where the famous café bar and theatre, the Tobacco Factory, is located.

North Street boasts a wide array of places to eat, some of the best being Thali Café, Souk Kitchen, ZaZu’s Kitchen and The Burger Joint. Gloucester road’s renowned Urban Standard is also set to be opening up a restaurant here within the next couple of months.

North Street has an ALDI, Co-op and Tescos, along with plenty of newsagents and off licences. Alternatively there is a Sainsburys superstore 10 minutes the other way into Bedminster.

The 24 bus stop is a two minute walk down Ashton Road and runs every 10 minutes, it takes you straight into the city centre, stopping off at an ASDA superstore on the way. For students it is only £1.

Alternatively it is a pleasant 25 minute stroll into town walking along Pooles Wharf on the harbour side. This brings you to @Bristol, right in the centre of town.

Other locations of interest nearby include Ashton Gate football stadium (home of Bristol City Football Club, Bristol Rugby Club and the Bristol Flyers Basketball team. Along with this there is the CREATE centre, Spike Island and Hotwells.
