Room in a Shared Flat, London, N22

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom Victorian maisonette on a small private road in Wood Green. I am taking on this flat at the beginning of March and would like someone to live with who can take the master bedroom (front of house, bay window, built-in wardrobes). There is original wooden flooring through most of the place (newer stuff in the bathroom), and a modern kitchen set up with all standard gear (microwave, large fridge and freezer, oven and gas hobs). It has a private garden with a small decked area for enjoying the sunshine. It's a 10min walk to Wood Green tube station.
A bit about me, I am originally from north London but was living overseas until a couple of years ago. I work in Hackney (public health research), enjoy having new things to try out and staying active. I'm a regular cyclist. I try to get out and see a band/show every couple of weeks. Despite my natural tendency of being a bit busy, I am looking forward to this place being a proper home that I can relax and enjoy spending time in. I see that involving occasional big cook-ups and catching a film with potential new flatmate, although no obligations to socialise but it's nice to have a good relationship when there's only 2 rooms. I am not opposed to smokers in the property as long as people are respectful of space and smoke-wafting.
I'd like someone who works full time (i.e. mainly so can reliably pay rent every month), has their own stuff going on but equally is up for hanging out if the situation crops up. The room available for rent is the master bedroom which has a brand new mattress, large double bed frame and plenty of storage.
