Large Furnished Double room available in a professional house share on the borders of Swindon Old Town and the town centre minutes walk from both with plenty of amenities nearby. I currently have 4 rooms available in a newly refurbished and furnished house ranging from £80 to £100 per week. All bills included- council tax, electricity, gas, water, fibre optic broadband, virgin tv package and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

All tenants are referenced and vetted to make sure they are suitable for a friendly shared environment.

Every room will consist of a new bed with Ikea Hyllestad core sprung mattress with memory foam a large white wardrobe with separate chest of drawers, bed side cabinet and lamp. all bedrooms have an ethernet port and wifi hub connected to fibre optic broadband. All the bedroom doors have a key operated lock with the option of open latch (no key) if preferred.

Shared living room consists of two sofas, tv bench and 37inch tv. dining room table with four chairs.

Kitchen has two fridges, two microwaves, electric induction heat hob, oven and kettle, plenty of cupboard space. Separate washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area and a chest freezer in the lean to.

There is also bike storage for four bikes with rear access to a large shed at the back of the garden/patio.

Full time working adults only....sorry NO COUPLES, all deposits are protected under TPS. All tenants are referenced via an independent agency at a cost of £20 per tenant paid directly to the referencing agency, there are no other admin costs or charges.

There are two parking permits available via swindon borough council.
