We will then notify the landlord who will confirm that they will be happy to accept you as a tenant. You will then be referenced, if you pass with flying colours we will draw up the contract and put your holding deposit in a secure Government Deposit Scheme; once you have signed the contract. In your contract will be the date on which you must make your monthly rent payments.

Referencing is £20 per tenant.

This involves a credit check and we use an independent referencing agency to verify your income.

Your Tenancy contract, deposit details in the government scheme etc. will be held online on your OpenRent dashboard.
