I have an enormous, luxury double room in prime Wilbury Road area of Hove to rent.

The sunny room has large windows and high ceilings – very typical of the regency style properties in this area.

The room has two fitted wardrobes and a fitted sink/vanity unit. The room is furnished with an excellent quality, new sofa and arm chair, table, draws and shelves and bedside cabinets. There is lots of storage space above the wardrobes and there is also a live TV point in the room.

The flat has laundry facilities and use of unlimited wi-fi internet. The flat itself is very spacious and airy, the large bathroom is recently decorated and has both a bath and shower. The kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine and dryer.

I live in the flat alone (I also have a house cat, so you must be cat friendly!) and I am looking to share with a non-smoking PROFFESSIONAL person.
I am self employed; I work a fair few hours from home, so it is important for the apartment to remain a quiet, peaceful and tidy place.

The flat is close to all local amenities – shops, banks, taxi rank, bus stops, and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. The centre of Brighton is only 15/20 minutes walk from the property. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Hove station and Brighton station is about 25 minutes away by foot.
The flat is in a permit zone (N) – the last time I checked there is no waiting list for this area – a parking permit for 3 months is £40 – much cheaper if purchased for a whole year.

For a single let the rent is £625 per month (£144.23 per week) with a deposit of one month’s rent, required in advance.

THIS PRICE IS INCLUSIVE OF ALL BILLS.

I love living in the property, it has been my home for over 9 years. It is a peaceful place and I hope to find a like minded person or people who can come and share the space with me and my cat.
