Room in a Shared House, South View Road, S7

THE HOUSE AND US

House is mixed 1 guy (live in landlord) and 2 girls, and looking for another 2 tenants to fill the spare rooms in our large terrace in Sharrow. We’re all friendly people in our mid-late 20’s.

We have a comfortable living room with 2 sofas, modern arm chair and large TV (with SKY Netflix, Ps3 etc). House is being re decorated over next few months, photos prior to this work. We also have a small conservatory, which leads on to a yard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and as much equipment as you could possibly need which we all share. We occasionally cook together but generally tend to buy our own food and drink.
We share the bathroom which has a shower and bath, and a washing machine, bathroom is being re done very soon.

THE ROOMS

One ground floor and one 1st floor master bedrooms of similar size available. The rooms are furnished and contain a double bed, desk, chair, and a large chest of draws. If anything else is need please ask. Both have large windows and are very sunny pleasant rooms.

LOCATION

The house is located just off London Road, In the Sharrow Area, which is only about 10-15 minutes walk from the City Centre, or Ecclesall Road. And is also situated near a public transport route , where buses are very regular. And 10 mins walk to virgin active or pure gym.

The Sharrow and London road area is a multicultural vibrant area with a big emphasis on community. It has more restaurants than any other area of the city, providing food from countries far and wide. The area is also classed as the vintage and antiques quarter of Sheffield, with many shops and tea rooms having sprung up nearby.

DETAILS

All bills are included in the rent which include, gas, water, electricity, unlimited broadband and sky television etc. The only thing we don’t include is council tax which currently £20 a month each.

Prices for a couple wishing to occupy one room will be slightly higher than advertised due to an increase in bills.
