Lovely house for family or couple
We are offering comfortable and luxurious 5-bedroom terraced house that we called home for the past 5 years in one of the most exclusive areas in Cambridge for rent as we are moving abroad. The location is just 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. It is offered fully furnished - including dish washer Miele, Miele oven, Miele washing machine, cooker etc. As you enter the house, there is a corridor, one toilet bellow the stairs and then you enter the living room which is connected to the kitchen. From the kitchen, you can open the door to the terrace and small garden. There is one more room on the ground floor with a fire place which is very cosy in winter. There is a dining table with chairs and other furniture that can serve as book case or liquor storage place. On the first floor, there is guest room, one cloakroom with fitted wardrobes, first bathroom and the main bedroom with second bathroom. On the third floor, there is one additional room, currently furnished as study room with the third bathroom. The neighbors are mostly families with children. The house would suit some couple or family. We do prefer long-term rent - minimum of 1 year. 
The house comes as fully furnished, but if you do have your own furniture, we can arrange it also unfurnished. We would love to find good tenants who want premium quality living in Cambridge as we refurbished all the house and paid close attention to details. All the walls were newly painted and all the small repairs have been made. The house will be finished and prepared for moving in on the 1st of March. The viewings are possible from the 20th of February (Wednesday). There are no agency fees. The house will be maintained by our contractor, so there is nothing to worry about with regards to the maintenance. We will accept small pets - small dog or 1 cat. However, no larger breeds. Smokers allowed, but smoking is allowed only outdoors.
