House is 2 min away from Maritime Hospital, so it’s great for hospital staff. 12 minutes from Gillingham high street / Gillingham train station and 15 minutes from Chatham high street. This great house offers the benefit of a newly refurbished shared accommodation with easy access to amenities. Restaurants, bars, shopping, the gym are all on your doorstep.

The House: Totally renovated throughout in June 2018, new kitchen and nice bathroom ! This spacious house has 4 double bedrooms.

The kitchen has washing machine, electric oven with electric hobs, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and huge freezer in the cellar.

There is big sunny garden with shed to storage your bikes. Also there is a big cellar for storage if necessary.

The living room has a lovely fireplace. A maximum of 4 people share the house.

The Rooms:All rooms have double beds and wardrobes. There is plenty of room for other furniture if required.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes unlimited superfast fibre broadband.

The Tenants: I only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 4 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 4 people will occupy the house at any one time.

The Landlord: This is a private business and I don’t use letting agents and I manage the property myself. I am available personally for my tenants if there are any issues.
