The house has been totally renovated to a very high standard and is within easy access to various transport links and Watford Town Centre. 

It provides comfortable living with use of shared lounge (with sofas, dining suite & flat screen TV), 3 bathrooms (1 with bath and separate shower; one with bath; and one with shower), brand new fitted kitchen (with 2 x dishwashers, 2 x fridge freezers, 2 x 5 ring hobs, 1 x oven, 1 combination oven/microwave, additional separate microwave, 2 x sinks plus kettle, toaster and basic pans/cutlery/crockery/utensils etc), there are also 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble dryers, plus use of small back yard.

The room is the largest in the house (measuring approximately 5.6m x 3.7m), has it's own TV point and is hardwired (CAT6) for internet access (there is also WI-FI within the house). NB we cannot accept couples, this is for a single person only.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence and unlimited use of broadband) plus weekly cleaner (of communal areas – ie lounge/diner, kitchen, bathrooms, hall/stairs/landings).

The house is only insured for professional working people only. Licensed for 7 people so cannot accept couples - this room is for a single person only. (No DSS, no students, no couples, no pets, no children, no smokers). 
A fee to include a credit/reference check will be required (£20 cost). Deposit will be registered/safeguarded via the TDS. One month’s deposit required plus one month’s rent in advance.
