Our lovely little house on Richmond Road is in need of a third housemate.
The house itself is really nice, we keep it nice and clean and although we do our own thing; we do love a good bottle (or two) of wine together and we love to watch trashy TV when we're both in. We sometimes cook together... but love to order takeaway/uber eats if we are honest with you! We are looking for someone who loves to live in a homely setting, keeps things clean and tidy (musttttt clean up after themselves please) and loves wine/trashy tv like we do!
The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bed side table. You will share the bathroom with only one other house mate and we have wifi of course.
There is parking available outside (you will need a permit), we have a lovely back garden and a cleaner who comes once a week (which you would need to help contribute to cost wise.
The house is 10 mins from Leyton Tube / 10 mins from Leytonstone tube and 10/15 min from Leyton Midland Road/Leytonstone High Road Overground.
