We have a lovely cosy ensuite single room available to move-in immediately near East Acton tube station (zone 2) in a five bed house to let on a long term basis. All bills are included in the rent for convenience.

***Location***
Really easy access to the Central Line - around 10 mins walk to East Acton tube station, and a five minute drive to Hammersmith hospital. East Acton is only 15-20 minutes to Central London on the Central Line.

***House layout***
The house is a spacious five bedroom house with six toilets - each room has its own bathroom, therefore there's lots of privacy. The house has been extended, so there is a a huge amount of shared living space: separate living room and separate kitchen with ample storage, and a few large fridge freezers in the kitchen.

The front of the house also has off-street parking space for three cars in the driveway.

***Housemates***
The other housemates are all professionals, in their 20s and 30s, well travelled, and extremely friendly and courteous. There is a nice mix of British and international backgrounds, which makes for interesting conversations.

***Room particulars***
The room has its own ensuite shower and toilet, and also has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a double bed, a desk and a chair in the existing set up. We'd be more than happy to provide additional pieces of furniture based on your preferences.

The rooms come fully furnished. There's a 42" TV in the living room, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Unlimited superfast optic-fibre broadband is also included.

No couples, and no pets please.
