Arcadia Mews is a purpose-built modern block of 8 apartments situated within walking distance of bus/train routes to Birmingham City Centre (Broad Street Central is just over 2.5 miles/ten minute drive). Apartments in Arcadia Mews rarely become available as there are very few alternative properties in the local area that are smart,modern, purpose-built & with a private, fully enclosed car park, so most of the existing tenants have been happily settled here for many years.

Owned & managed by the same Landlord, Arcadia Mews is a long-term rental development. Although an initial 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement will be offered, suitable tenants may feel secure about renting one of these properties for the long-term, provided the property is looked after and rent is always paid on time. The Landlord offers a rapid response to any maintenance issues (often same day or next day). The initially-quoted rent is guaranteed to stay the same for at least two years and any subsequent reviews will be minimal, provided the tenancy is going well and the property is being looked after.

When viewing a property at Arcadia Mews, the best reference you can get is by speaking to any of the other residents - ask them how happy they are living at Arcadia Mews and how satisfied they are with the service they receive from their Landlord! Many of the existing residents have been living at Arcadia Mews for several years, which is why these properties rarely become available.

Unlike converted houses or flats above shops/commercial premises (most of which are quoting similar rents!), these apartments are purpose-built and the room sizes and layout of the accommodation on offer is therefore so much better (and more modern) than most other properties in the local area. 90% of alternative properties are located on or very close to main roads, which are noisy and with only very limited on-street parking, which is often very congested.

Dale Street only has houses on one side of the road, so there is always plenty of additional on-street parking, if needed. This is quite rare for an area so close to the City Centre.

To be eligible to rent this property, prospective tenants must be able to provide satisfactory references (employer & previous Landlord) and pass a credit check fully (or provide a suitable guarantor).
