Hello, the entire house was recently refurbished with an extension that added a brand new kitchen diner, a utility room, an open plan living space and improved access to the garden. The room for rent (on the first floor) looks out over the garden (which is well maintained) and is fully furnished including a TV. The bathroom has a separate shower unit and is shared with one other person. Downstairs also has a separate WC. The property is located on a quiet side street with very little traffic so is a lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We also have a cat and since she is fiercely territorial we can't have another cat in the house (or in our garden, or next door's garden, or even on the pavement next to the house - really she is that fierce! But she likes people though).  So a cat lover, or cat neutral person would be ideal. 

The nearest station is Honor Oak Park with brilliant links to Canada Water (10 mins), London Bridge (12 mins) and East Croydon (20 mins). We also have a bike shed if you’re a keen cyclist

Wifi is available throughout the property (no extra charge) and all bills are included.

The current occupants are a professional (live-in landlord) and one student.
