Room in a Shared House, May Road, SO15

Sadly, my best friend is leaving me to move in with her other half, but luckily for you, it means her double bedroom in our very spacious house is available!
We live on a lovely residential street just off Shirley High Street.
We are within walking distance of a swimming pool, doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops and a gym.
The house was rented unfurnished but my current housemate may be willing to discuss with you if you need any bedroom furniture.
There is lots of space and we have a third room which we use as a spare/to store things.
Our landlord is great which is an added bonus of living here!
I am a primary school teacher so I would prefer someone who is also professional.
It's a gorgeous house and very much a home if you're looking to settle somewhere.
Finally, we have a small and gorgeous cockapoo dog. Very friendly and house-trained, hypoallergenic and does not malt fur.
