This is a relatively quiet area surrounded by mainly schools and parks. Since it is faced to a primary school the only time it can possibly get noisy is playtime on weekdays.

Easy links by buses are mostly within 3-10 mins walk.

Who to live with:

Alex is going to be your new flatmate. He is a 22 year-old master student studying Journalism originally from Vietnam. He has a fashion taste and interest in traditional gourmet. He is more likely to be a quiet mate in the flat but will get to build up a fellowship between you and him slowly.

Things to keep in mind:

Deposit- You will not need to make a deposit at all if moving in. Whereas you do need to pay for the deposit if you are extending the lease after this September ends.

Bill- The bill comes as 42 per head fixed per month. You will need to pay this to flatmate Alex as the total bill (42 x2) is issued as one unit under his name.
