Our apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a high quality soft furnishing throughout. We provide all the comforts you would find at home and more – making the being away from home experience great. Only two minutes walk away from the train station station. Shops are very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Why pay £250/night for a nearby hotel when you can stay in a spacious apartment for less! Self check-in anytime after 3pm so arrive at your own time!

Equipped with a Smart TV so you can stream your favourite movies on Netflix, free high-speed WiFi and a sofa to kick back and relax. If you have a group of more than 4, there are also two single fold-up beds stored in the apartments.

The kitchen is fully equipped with professional series Neff gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, Russell Hobbs appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster. We also provide some of the essentials such as tea bags, coffee and sugar and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Any last minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine and dryer.

> Bedrooms
The double bedrooms gives you everything you need for a good night's rest with a comfy double bed and bed linen provided, bedside cabinets and clothes rails with hangers. You can find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too.

> Bathroom
Take a soak in the bathroom suite which has the option of a rain shower, we'll even supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms.

The apartment is located in the Stevenage town centre. The building has a secure code to access the premises and each apartment also has a outdoor video surveillance monitors installed for your safety.

We provide our guests with a self check-in service. The guests will be able to use the lobby of the building as well as all areas of the apartment.

Various council paid car parks are available around the property. There are parking bays directly outside the apartment which are free from 6pm-8am and there is a council carpark outside the apartment where you can park for £7/day.
