It is a 6 month minimum let (can be negotiated)with a deposit (returnable if there is no damage and the rent is up to date) and the rent does not include the bills. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. The length of stay can be negotiated..(a pet might be tentatively considered, as with students, but no dss and no smoking - thank you)
