This house is designed for the professional sector with modern decorations and quality furniture. It is very near the New Cross Hospital and therefore is perfect for any healthcare professionals. We currently have 3 professional tenants working in healthcare sector.

All bills are included:  Broadband WIFI, gas, electricity and water bills and council tax.

Room: TV point, single bed, bedside table, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Common area: large TV, dining table with 4 chairs and sitting area. Large Kitchen: washing machine, two fridges, freezer, 5 gas hobs and a large sink. Patio and garden at the back.

Rental:  £275 p/m and refundable deposit of £150

Referencing fee of £20 which will be refunded if application is successful.

Reference from previous landlord is required.
