Friendly Flat in Fulham - Couples welcome!
We are looking for a friendly individual or couple to take over our room in Fulham as our time in the UK has come to a close.

Within an easy 5 minute walk from either Fulham Broadway or Parsons Green stations.

There are two other couples living in the flat. There are two shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and living space as well as a separate dining area/spare room of sorts. There is a washer and dryer. There is also a small balcony for enjoying those warmer days.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, two very large chest of drawers and a clothes rack. With the under-bed storage and chest of drawers, there is actually quite a bit of storage space. We may even leave a bedside table if it is required. In the separate dinning area there is storage space for larger items such as suitcases.

The couples we share with are a mixture of Aussie, Kiwi and German. The household is peaceful and friendly- always happy to have a chat or share a beer.

As for a move in date, Ideally we would aim for the 24th or after as we depart at this point. We are open to discussion on this point however.

Couples price for the room is not a great deal different- just an adjustment in council tax so a total of £823. This price includes council tax and wifi.
