All the bedrooms are warm & comfortable & tastefully decorated throughout. The beds are new, they are small double comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside tables and lamps. The sockets have USB sockets. There are TV points in each room.  All the bedroom doors are lockable. Some rooms have a desk & chair. Original art is on the walls.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, with a power shower.

The communal space has a TV and chairs for comfortable seating and relaxing.

There is a utility room with washer & dryer.

The garden, which is still being created gets a lot of sun. There are chairs & tables for alfresco dining or for a glass  of wine at the end of the working day.

There is parking for 4 cars on the forecourt on a first come basis.

I am a hands on land lady. I decorate the house to a level to which I would like to live in and interview my tenants so that the atmosphere is convivial and friendly.
